Springfield, IL…Rep. Rosenthal (R-Morrisonville) recently attended the 2023 Farm Progress Show in Decatur to meet with farmers and industry experts. Local and International visitors saw live demonstrations, ag technology, and had the opportunity to speak with industry experts about innovations that are re-shaping farming practices. During his visit, Rep. Rosenthal had this to say:
“Illinois farmers continue to lead the nation in the production of agricultural goods and commodities, especially when it comes exports,” stated Rep. Rosenthal. “The latest innovations and cutting-edge technology that integrate into farm equipment will strengthen farmer’s businesses and production yields. Investing in Illinois Ag is a boost to the local economy and will increase sales of Illinois exports.”
The Farm Progress Show is dedicated to building a brighter future for farmers across the country, customers, and the communities. Farmers must adapt to new equipment plus operations to sustain a future of growth and to elevate inclusive agriculture communities. The next Farm Progress Show will be August 27th, 2024 in Boone, Iowa.
