Republicans Left Out of Multi-Billion Dollar Budget Process Again

It looks like Democrats may blow past their self-imposed budget deadline again this year. Republicans have once again been cut out of the process. We have to work together if we want to craft the best budget for our state.

Bipartisan legislation is important for a strong state and it’s unfortunate that Republicans have had very little to no conversations about finding solutions to state issues. Here we are one day away from passing a potential $53 billion dollar budget and it’s still not clear what exactly will be included.
