Illinois Board of Higher Education Awards $400 Million To Colleges

The Illinois Board of Higher Education is awarding 45 colleges across Illinois with $400 million in grant funds. The purpose of these funds is to help improve infrastructure to colleges that will enhance learning experiences for students. Blackburn College, in the 108th District, will receive $2.7 million from the Independent Colleges Capital Investment Grant Program.
